The role of Fintech in predicting the spread of COVID-19

This study aims to investigate the role of Fintech in predicting spread COVID-19 based on consumers’ perceptions and behavior before after outbreak COVID-19. The used a questionnaire-based survey distributed different countries world using LinkedIn platform for this purpose reach targeted population. snowball sampling technique was used. consumers with experience, especially digital payments services. 507 samples were retrieved. For analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) revealed novel results spread; these three variables (Fintech Behavior COVID-19, Perception COVID-19) could predict 52.5% variance dependent variable (COVID-19 Spread) (R² = 0.525, p < 0.05). findings show that Higher perception among users will help reducing by avoiding use contact payment methods.
